Today my youngest daughter and I will be going on our daily walk, and normally we walk a mile and half, but today I think we're going to take one more step, because as you know when you take that extra step your that much closer to to your goal.
Having a goal with room to grow in my opinion, is probably the best goal to have, because making changes along the way creates a wining attitude, being able to achieve your milestones, and not thinking what do next, because you already taken the one more step approach, puts you ahead.
