Healthy Gut!!!!

Why should we eat more salads than any thing else, glad you asked, leafy greens are full of protein, phytonutrients, micronutrients, antioxidants, iron, fiber, magnesium, magnesium, vitamins just to name a few.


Consuming a leafy green everyday, will ensure your getting the proper amount of nutrients you need throughout the day. Green salads are a great way to obtain a healthy gut, and digestive system.


When your digestive system is working at optimum levels, your overall health will improve.

Our digestive system is connected to evry organ in our bodies, thus when out of wack everything that is attached to it will not operate at optimum levels.


So eating leafy greens with other macronutrients, micronutrients, adding antioxidants, and phytonutrients will increase your overall health and nutrients absorption, by ridding the body of unwanted toxins and waste.


Salads aids in the organs healing itself the way God intended. Healing your body from the many bad choices we made, over time takes time, remember you did not become unhealthy and sick overnight, inturn you will not become healthy overnight. Start the your journey by taking action steps, create a health plan that allows you grow at your pace, after all this is your race.


Here ill give you the ingredients to my favorite salad creation.


The garbanzo protein salad:


Kale, collards,spinach,onion red peppers,flex and chia seeds, basil, oregano, rosemary, garlic,Mushrooms, red or purple cabbage, and garbanzo beans.

If you use can beans please rinse well, or soak beans overnight and boil to your liking.
